I've been having trouble with my blog not downloading my pics so I am way behind, but since this is for my benefit as well as yours I'm still posting everything that has happened between September and January. So here goes...
Josh had the opportunity to play quarterback for the JV team. He did such a great job and enjoyed the chance to try something new.
#5 running the ball.
Looking for the pass.
Josh also dressed varsity and was able to play defense in more than half of the games! He was sure fun to watch.
Conner played D-line and slot back on his 8th grade team. He did so good. We were very proud of him!
Josh, Brauk, and our neighbor Garret. Future football players!
Josh on the football float at the Homecoming parade.
Conner and his two biggest fans!
Grandpa & Grandma made a special trip to watch the boys play football. Thank you for your support! We love you!
Conner broke his finger in a football game. Unfortunately mommy and daddy didn't think it was broke so they didn't take him to the doctor for about 2 weeks, by this time it was already healing and a little crooked I might add. Oh well...at least he'll have a story to tell when his kids ask him why his finger isn't straight. I'll be accepting the "Mother of the Year" award anyday now.
Pumpkin carving time. Kids all did there own. At least most of them did.

And Josh's friend AJ was everyday Josh. She borrowed Conner's clothes to look like Josh.
Crazy Hair day at school. Hailey was so excited, unfortunatley she doesn't have very much hair to get crazy with.
These are a few pics I found on my phone from Aug. We have a little lake out our way that has this fun rope swing. The water is nice and warm. Hailey on the rope swing.

Kaitlyn did really well this year. She has pretty strong kick and was able to score quite alot.
Conner and Hailey were bored one day and decided to play pirate. Conner was the costume designer and hair and makeup. He's so creative!
Last year a family in our ward lost their dad in a plane crash. To help the family out with money a group of ladies put together a run in memory of Rusell Hardy the dad. As a family we all participated in it to show our support.
They had a 1 mile run and then a 5K. Josh won the 1 mile run, that's why the red ribbon on his shirt.
For Thanksgiving this year we decorated our "thankful tree" by writing down things we are thankful for and hanging them up with ornament hooks. We kept the tree that way until we decorated it for Christmas the following day.
Thanksgiving dinner! YUMMY!!
It's not Thanksgiving unless there is pie. I made two pumpkin, a bannan cream and a peach. Sooo Good!
Josh's 15th Birthday. Grandma & Grandpa Griffiths knew just what he would like!

Hailey was a cheerleader for a day and you would have thought she had died and gone to heaven.
She performed at the Varsity Girl's basketball game.
A great group of girls!
Brauk loves his snoopy stuffed animal. He takes it everywhere he goes. I think he needs a real dog.
Kaitlyn's Christmas recital. She played Away in a Manger out of the hymn book.
Jacob played "Walking in a Winter Wonderland" memorized. He did a great job.
Brauk's first recital. He played "We wish you a merry Christmas" When he first started to practice it I couldn't even tell what song it was, but a month later it sounded so good.
The brothers!
